Not so sure it's going to help you as a BB Flip user, it doesn't look like they are targeting BB users. Symbian and Windows Mobile are what they look to be after, based on the Wikipedia entry on it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fennec_(browser)
That said, I hope it comes to BB! The BB browser seemed noticeably improved in when I just updated my Curve from OS 4.2 to OS 4.5...but it's still very far from what you'd call 'good'.
